Casa Constelación is not only a shared home, it is a living system and a field we are co-creating together.

As we move from vision into deeper embodiment, it becomes important that the way we make decisions reflects both clarity and coherence, honoring individual bandwidth while protecting the integrity and flow of the whole.

To support this, I’ve created a simple participation spectrum.

You are invited to choose the level of engagement that feels most aligned for you at this moment in time. It can evolve as you do and as we do. What matters most is that it reflects your genuine desire to engage, contribute, or simply trust.

There is no hierarchy here. There are only different forms of presence.

This spectrum will help guide how decisions are held within the house:

  • Day-to-day flow and operations will remain anchored to ensure continuity

  • Mid-level decisions will be shaped with those actively contributing

  • Larger structural decisions will open to broader participation
