Annual Residency Preference Survey

Thank you for helping us shape the first annual residency calendar for Casa Constelación.

This survey is designed to understand when you would ideally like to use the residency days included with your share during the upcoming residency year.
Each residency year begins on September 1 and concludes at the end of August.

Your responses do not need to be exact reservations. Instead, we ask that they reflect your best estimate so we can thoughtfully build the residency calendar and maximize everyone’s opportunity to enjoy the house throughout the year.

We also encourage everyone to consider the full year, including the traditional Green Season (July through September).

Mexico City’s rainy season is much gentler than many people imagine. Most days are sunny or pleasant through the morning and early afternoon, followed by a brief late-afternoon or early-evening rain shower that often lasts between 30 minutes and two hours. It is uncommon for it to rain all day, and temperatures remain remarkably comfortable throughout the season.

We’re intentionally planning some of our richest community programming during these months, including guest speakers, workshops, panels, community dinners, artist gatherings, and local cultural experiences. With fewer tourists and a slower rhythm, many people find this to be one of the most beautiful, creative, and connected times to experience Mexico City.
